Erin Tinneny on winning “Jefferson Cup” Soccer Team

Erin, a goalie on the West-Mont United SA Wildcats, helped lead the team to victory at the 2009 Jefferson Cup competition. Ranked as the 4th youth soccer tournament for girls in the United States, the Wildcats captured the prestigious Jefferson Cup on March 22, 2009. They were undefeated as they faced 4 teams in Richmond, Virginia competition. Aggressive goal playing by Brianna Loube and Erin Tinneny kept the opposing teams out of the net according to a conference press release. Erin is the daughter of Michael and Tina Tinneny, the granddaughter of Terry and Jean Tinneny of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and the great-great-great granddaughter of Yankee Pat Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia.
