Shelby Lynn Roff celebrated her 5^th birthday February 2, 2005 with friends and family at “Chuck E Cheese”.  Shelby is the daughter of Michael and Heather Roff and the great great-granddaughter of Mary Jane Tinneny & John McColgan of Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia.
