Jacob James Toland

Jacob James Toland is the son of Daniel Toland and Samantha Carbert. He was born May 25, 2016 at  Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester England and weighed 8lbs. 15oz. Jacob is the grandson of Noreen Toland and the great-great-great grandson of Mary Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.
