In March 2012 Dan was named Senior
Pastor of Indian River Baptist Church (www.irbc.webs.com) in
Philadelphia, NY. It's a Southern Baptist church, the same church
in which he served as Youth/Associate Pastor from 1995-1997 after
college and before completing the seminary. Dan spent the next 20
years serving mostly with youth & music ministry. He also earned a
Masters degree in Religious Education in 2006 from Covenant Theological
Seminary, Wilmington NC.
In the seven months following his
installation as pastor, church attendance doubled and he saw
numerous new commitments to Christ and baptisms. On Sunday June 24th,
2012 he received official ministry ordination from his church.

great-great-grandson of
Patrick “Yankee Pat” Tinneny of Goladuff,
Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, NI; Greenock, Scotland and
