Michael Tinneny, a senior at Perkiomen
Valley High School outside Collegeville, Pennsylvania,
plays shortstop on the school’s baseball team. The team
is currently in 2nd place in the Pioneer Athletic League
competition this season working hard at capturing first
place. Mike is committed to attend York College in
York, Pennsylvania in the Fall of 2021 where he will
play ball for the Spartans.
Mike is the son of Michael and Tina
Tinneny of Collegeville; grandson of Terrence and
Regina Tinneny of Collegeville; great-grandson of John
and Helen Tinneny of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
great-great-grandson of
James
and Gertrude Tinneny of Philadelphia and
great-great-great-grandson of
Patrick
“Yankee Pat” Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, Co.
Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, Greenock, Scotland and
Philadelphia and his wife Margaret Malloy.
