Sadie Peck, daughter of Eric and Charity Tinneny
Peck of DuBois, Pennsylvania, entered the Ross
University School of Medicine. January 13, 2023 she
recited the Oath of Geneva at the University’s
Spring White Coat Ceremony launching what will be a
4 year academic journey. Sadie recently completed a
Master of Biomedical Sciences degree at Geisinger
Commonwealth School of Medicine. She is following in
her physician Dad’s
footsteps. She enjoys the idea of specializing in
dermatology but is keeping an open mind for
rotations.
Sadie is the granddaughter of
Donald F.
and Elizabeth Bailer Tinneny, great-granddaughter
of James
and Gertrude Spence Tinneny
and the great-great
granddaughter of Patrick
“Yankee Pat” Tinneny
of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern
Ireland; Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania and his wife Margaret Malloy.
