Sister
Helen Bosquette recently celebrated her 25th anniversary as a
Catholic nun with The Sisters of Charity. Helen is the daughter of Maisie
and Sean Bosquette of Strokestown County Roscommon, Ireland and the
granddaughter of Margaret Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County
Fermanagh, Northern Ireland and John Murray of Strokestown.
The anniversary
celebration was held August 5, 2005 at the hall of her home parish in County
Roscommon, Ireland following
Silver Jubilee Mass in Scoil Mhuire Hall, Strokestown
on Friday, August 5th. Mass at 7.30 p.m.
It was a double celebration for the parish community in that Sr. Eileen
Kearns also celebrated her golden jubilee (50) anniversary with the order at
the same event.
