Paul
Tinneny is the son of Paul B. Tinneny and Barbara Finn of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. He graduated from the Philadelphia Police Academy on
October 1, 2004. The graduation ceremony was held in McGonigle
Hall at Temple University. Family members who attended the
ceremony were his brothers Brian and Dan and his father pictured above.
Also at the graduation were his mother, sister in law Heather Tinneny and
his Aunt Kathy Kelly. Paul’s initial assignment was to the 19th
District in West Philadelphia.
