Morgan is the daughter of Paul and Erin Tinneny of Pennsylvania. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in May 2017 where she was a Conway Scholar. After passing her Registered Nursing board certification examination she went to work at The Childrens National Medical Center, Washington, DC.

Morgan is the great-great-great granddaughter of Patrick “Yankee Pat” Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland; Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
