						Celeste

						“Ces”
Nudy-Brophy, 57 of Malvern, PA, passed away Tuesday,
February 8th after a long courageous battle with cancer.
She was a dedicated and selfless woman, survived by her
						beloved husband James

						“Jim”
Brophy and four loved children, Eric, Paul, Heather, and
Adam. Adored daughter of Dominick (Joe) and the late
Jean Nudy. Admired sister to Dominic Joseph (Carol),
Raymond (Irene), Nicholas (Darlene), Eda (William),
James (Lisa), and Robert, and a lovely sister-in law to
Sharon (Ray) and Colleen. Celeste was also a loving and
charismatic aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Family was at the forefront of Celestes’

life. Friday nights were meant for Pizza with the
family, where her stories and contagious laugh filled
the room. On the weekend you’d
find Celeste on the sidelines of basketball and football
games cheering on her boys. Holidays were reserved for
hours of baking, passing on traditions from her mother
to her own daughter. Celeste was known to be the life of
the party, dedicating time to decorating and planning
parties for those she loved and admired. Regardless of
the trials and tribulations Celeste faced, her selfless
						nature never dwindled.

The beach held a special place in Celestes’

heart. The beach is a place Celeste associated with love
as she fell in love with her husband of 30 years down in
Sea Isle City, NJ. The beach became a place of peace and
prosperity as she watched her children grow up down the
shore whilst never missing an opportunity for a family
round of mini golf and celebratory ice cream. Anyone who
knew Celeste knew better than to interrupt her mid-read
						while sitting in the sand.

Even among the darkest days, Celeste was an avid and
affable lover of life. Throughout her battle with
cancer, Celeste remained a beacon of light and
continuously kept her radiating smile on her face. Her
light, tenacity, and love will continue on in all of
						those who she inspired.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Unite
						for Her are appreciated. |
