STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Daniel Tinneny, 67, of
Dongan Hills, a loving father and husband who worked as a real
estate investor, died Thursday at home.
Born in Brooklyn, he settled in Dongan Hills in 1976.
Besides working in real estate, Mr. Tinneny also owned an auto
salvage yard in Brooklyn.
"He was a hard worker," said his son, Daniel.
In addition to his son, he is survived by his wife of 36 years, the
former Sandra Pasqualini, and three sisters, Mary, Elizabeth and
Alice.
The funeral was held from the Colonial Funeral Home, with a mass at
St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Dongan Hills. Burial followed at
Moravian Cemetery, New Dorp, Staten Island, New York.
