OBITUARY
Elizabeth Tinneny Cosssabone
1905 - 1973
Elizabeth A. Tinneny Cossabone, wife of Howard Cossabone,
413 Kingsley Street, died Sunday September 16 at
Memorial Hospital. She was 67.
Surviving, besides her husband are a son, Howard Jr.,
130 Hermit St.; two brothers, John Tinneny, of Manayunk;
Joseph Tinneny, of Roxborough; two sisters, Marie Kratz,
of Manayunk; Mrs. Isabelle Kemp, of East Falls; and one
granddaughter.
Viewing was Wednesday evening at Fitzpatrick and Sons
Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave. Mass of Christian burial
was celebrated at 10 a.m. today (Thursday) at Saint John
the Baptist Church. Burial was in Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery.

Elizabeth was the daughter of John and Alice McCouch
Tinneny of Philadelphia and the granddaughter of
Patrick
“Yankee Pat” Tinneny of Goladuff,
Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland;
Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and
his wife Margaret Malloy.
