Peter Brember is the son of Margaret Tinneny of Carrigallen, County Leitrem Ireland and  Stevenage, England and Hugh Brember.  He was born in Hampstead (London) and raised in Stevenage. He entered the Royal Navy in 1977 and  served  16 years as a helicopter mechanic in the enlisted ranks achieving the rank of Petty Officer.  He became a  Commissioned Officer in 1993. During his career he served on number of naval vessels including a tour as the Gunnery Officer aboard the HMS OSPREY in 1996 and a 2 1/2 year tour aboard the HMS INVINCIBLE which included a combat cruise in the middle east and Kosova. Peter was part of the British Forces during the Gulf War of 1990 - 91. Presently a Lieutenant,  he is serving as the Fire Officer at Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton.
