Gavin Luke Tinneny,
the son of Patrick Tinneny and Shirley Benton of South Carolina, is a corrections officer. He
was fully certified as a corrections officer after
completing the South
Carolina Department
of Corrections Training Academy
in December 2020 and was assigned to a major level 2
corrections facility.
Gavin is the
grandson of Richard and Lee Havens Tinneny of Columbia;
great-grandson of John and Helen Diamond Tinneny of
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,; great-great-grandson of
James
and Gertrude Spence Tinneny of Philadelphia and
great-great-great-grandson of
Patrick
“Yankee" Pat: Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler,
Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, Greenock, Scotland and
Philadelphia and his wife Margaret Malloy.
