Charlotte, the daughter of Peter and Stephanie Santangelo Johnston Jr. of Hatfield,  Pennsylvania, was born June 12, 2024.

Charlotte is the granddaughter of Peter and Michele Tinneny Johnston Sr. of Cherry Hill, New Jersey; great-granddaughter of John and Helen Diamond Tinneny of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; great-great-granddaughter of James and Gertrude Ann Spence Tinneny Sr. of Philadelphia and great-great-great-granddaughter of Patrick “Yankee Pat” Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia and his wife Margaret Malloy.
