Peter
Tinneny
Pilot
Peter Tinneny,
son of Jim and Gillian Tinneny of Londonderry, Northern
Ireland completed commercial pilot training in New
Zealand in 2011. July of that year he began his initial
airline job with Easyjet flying
out of Belfast, Northern Ireland. He flys small
passenger aircraft around Europe. While training in New
Zealand, Jim had the opportunity to meet a cousin with
the same name who he had never met, Peter Tinneny of
Auckland, New Zealand. In addition to the two of them
having the same name both of their father’s are named
James Tinneny and are descendants of
Francis Tinneny and
Ann Elliott of Belturbet Co. Cavan, Ireland.
