Howard Cossabone Jr.

He was inducted into the Army at Fort Meade, Maryland on January 15, 1952. The start of a journey that would take him around the world to the mountains of Korea and combat with the 45th Infantry Division, 145AA Battalion. He was discharged from the Army at Fort Meade October 1953 with the rank of corporal.

 
Howard was the son of Howard and Elizabeth Tinneny Cossabone Sr. of Philadelphia; grandson of John and Alice McCouch Tinneny of Philadelphia and the great-grandson of Patrick “Yankee Pat’ Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia and his wife Margaret Malloy.
