Joseph Simpson is the son of Mary Lee Haughey and Albin “Chick” Simpson.  He was raised in Philadelphia. Joe is a long time member of the Philadelphia Police Department. He is the great-great grandson of Patrick “Yankee Pat” Tinneny of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, N. Ireland; Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia.
